We want you to love your Boujis Beauty products but we know things don't always go to plan, which is why we give you 30 days to return your unused products if you change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original sealed inner packaging.

Boujis Beauty are not responsible for covering the shipping costs of 'change of mind' return items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 workings days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 workings days of approval, please contact your bank first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely case that your products are defective or damaged, we will offer a refund or exchange. If there is any damage to your products upon receipt, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will reply with return instructions. We happily cover shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
