Standard Tracked: $4.95 sent via Australia Post (1-4 business days after dispatch, based on location). You will receive an email with a tracking ID from Boujis Beauty when your item has been processed by Australia Post.

Express Tracked: $9.95 sent via Australia Post (1-2 business days after dispatch, based on location). You will receive an email with a tracking ID from Boujis Beauty when your item has been processed by Australia Post.

All orders over $50.00 receive FREE Express tracked shipping.

International:

Standard Non-Tracked: FREE sent via Australia Post International (8-16 business days after dispatch, based on location). You will receive an email from Boujis Beauty when your item is on its way. Note: this option does not come with a trackable ID. 

Standard Tracked: $19.95 sent via Australia Post International (6-10 business days after dispatch, based on location). You will receive an email with a tracking ID from Boujis Beauty when your item is on its way.

All orders over $75.00 receive FREE tracked shipping.

All applicable taxes, custom fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer & will differ between countries. For more information on import tax thresholds we suggest you contact your local postal provider.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Confirmation & Dispatch Emails:

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been dispatched (your parcel will be dispatched from our office within 48hrs of placing your order). If you've selected tracked shipping, your dispatch email will contain your tracking link. If you’re unable to locate your confirmation or dispatch emails, please check your junk folder first and then contact us at info@boujisbeauty.com.

Address Issues & Missing Orders:

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you make an error contact us immediately at info@boujisbeauty.com as orders cannot be re-directed once they have been sent. If your shipping address is correct and you have not received your order after an outstanding number of days (10+ for domestic or 15+ for international) please contact us at info@boujisbeauty.com and we will raise an enquiry on your behalf with Australia Post.

The steps Australia Post take when retrieving a missing non-tracked item are as follows:

  1. If the item is unable to be delivered, it will be sent to the Boujis Beauty return address. If we receive your returned item, we will notify you and proceed from there. 
  2. If the address label has been damaged and the return address is unreadable, it will be sent to the Australia Post delivery centre and opened. The contents of the parcel will then be added to a database (i.e. product details, label details, brand name etc) which allows Australia Post to search for your order.
When your enquiry is lodged, we will supply Australia Post with details of the contents of your order, so if it is returned to the delivery centre we can work with Australia Post to recover the missing item/s.

Please note:
this is the process we follow for every missing item and we cannot under any circumstance supply a refund until the enquiry with Australia Post has been exhausted. We will supply you with a reference number once your enquiry has been lodged so you can track your enquiry status directly with Australia Post.

 

Pre-Orders:

Please take notice when placing your orders, if it is stated as a “Pre-Order” this means the item is currently not in stock. This will only happen on rare occasions and we will notify you to confirm when you have placed a pre-order. Shipping time for pre orders may take slightly longer than usual, however this means you are first in line and will receive your order as soon as possible.
